If you wish to join a course, you are required to pay a deposit of £30. The receipt of a deposit is necessary to reserve a place. Unless I have indicated otherwise, there is no need to ask if a course is full. I can deal with any number of people and will split the group to ensure that the coaching is focused on only a few at a time.
Deposits can be paid either by sending a cheque made out to “J Hill” to 2, St Mary’s Close, Oxford OX4 4PJ.

OR
by transferring the funds to Santander 09-06-66, “Hands On” (a business trading name), a/c 43316735.
You must email me at john@oxfordrowcoach.co.uk to advise me that I should expect to receive funds. (I have received funds anonymously before!) Please also indicate which, of any of the start dates I have offered, you are able to attend as I might need some flexibility to ensure viable numbers. (You can include any information about friends or others you wish to attend with etc at this time.) I will email you to confirm when you should attend.
I shall acknowledge receipt when appropriate and contact you nearer the start date with further instruction for your first day including what to wear etc.
Deposits can be credited against future courses and will, in the event of a cancellation of the course, be refundable in full. Similarly, if you no longer wish to continue and wish for a refund of your deposit, contact me with your bank details and an indication of when you paid the money originally.
Prepayment of Taster Days is required as attendance is really important to ensure viable numbers. Failure to appear leads to a reduced learning experience for those who do attend.
Please note that only the payment of a deposit reserves a place, not the sending of an email intending to attend the course. You’d be surprised how many people – some even having paid deposits – don’t show up and sometimes don’t even get in touch to explain why!
